The NFL announced that its first-ever game in Germany will take place at Allianz Arena, the home of FC Bayern Munich, with kickoff set for 9:30 am ET on Nov. 13.

The Bucs are 0-3 in London games, so they hope their first game in Germany will improve their international results.

The NFL has been making inroads across Europe over the past two decades with games in London, but this marks the first time that a regular-season game will be played on the European mainland. The NFL worked out a deal to play four regular-season games in Germany over the next four seasons in Munich and Frankfurt.

3 NFL games in London, 1 in Mexico

The NFL returns to the United Kingdom with three games in London. The first game kicks off on Oct. 2 in Week 4 between the New Orleans Saints and Minnesota Vikings at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The second London game is slated for Week 5 on Oct. 9 between the Green Bay Packers and New York Giants, also at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The Giants are undefeated with a 2-0 record in London games.

“Our fan base in the UK has always been extremely loyal and passionate,” said Giants chief commercial officer Pete Guelli. “The organization has had two memorable games in front of the London fans, and we look forward to engaging with them this fall.”

The third and final London game is scheduled for Week 8 on Oct. 30 between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Denver Broncos. The Jaguars typically play one home game a year in the UK, which is why they’ve been dubbed the London Jaguars. This year’s game will mark the ninth international game for the Jaguars. The Jags recently inked a deal to play three games over the next three seasons at historic Wembley Stadium.

“It’s a great honor for the Denver Broncos to be selected by the NFL to play in London as part of its International Series,” said Broncos general manager George Paton. “Broncos Country is everywhere and the best way to grow our game — and reach fans all over the world — is by playing internationally.”

The NFL will also return to Mexico in the 2022 season. Azteca Stadium in Mexico City will host an NFC West battle between the Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers. It’s the fourth NFL game in Mexico. The 49ers are 2-0 in international games with two victories in London.
