Will Greek Freak record a triple-double in Game 3?

Will Ja Morant record a triple-double in Game 3?

So far in the 2022 playoffs, only Morant and Greek Freak secured triple-doubles in the postseason.

Doncic: 48 Times

Despite a calf injury, Doncic averaged 29 ppg in the first round against the Utah Jazz and missed a triple-double in the Game 6 series-clincher. In the second round against the Suns, Doncic averages 40 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 7.5 assists per game, and narrowly missed one in Game 1.

During his short career, Doncic notched 48 triple-doubles including three in the postseason with one last year and two in 2020 inside the NBA Bubble. Doncic has the best overall odds at +345 to record a triple-double in Game 3 on Friday night against the Suns.

Greek Freak: Seeking Three

The Greek Freak has 29 triple-doubles during the regular season, including four this season. In the 2021 playoffs, the Greek Freak tallied his first-ever postseason triple-double with 20 points, 15 assists, and 10 rebounds against the Miami Heat. In the second round against the Celtics this year, the Greek Freak led the Bucks to a big win in Game 1 with 24 points, 13 rebounds, and 12 assists. Aside from Doncic, the Greek Freak has the second-best odds to dazzle fans with a triple-double in Game 3 at +425.

Harden: 69, Dude!

Harden recorded a triple-double 69 times in the regular season and four times in the playoffs. During this past season, Harden notched a triple-double 11 times with the Brooklyn Nets and Philadelphia 76ers. He got nine with the Nets prior to the trade deadline, but recorded just two with the 76ers.

Harden is having a lackluster second round against the Miami Heat with just 18 points, 7.0 assists, and 6.5 rebounds per game. He averaged 19 points, 10.2 assists, but just 5.0 rebounds in the first round against the Toronto Raptors. At +900 odds to record a triple-double, Harden has the highest odds out of the four players mentioned.

Morant: Longshot Ja

Ja Morant has been sensational this postseason for the Memphis Grizzlies. He’s fresh off a 47-point performance against the Golden State Warriors. He recorded his first-ever playoff triple-double against the Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round, but he’s been close in seven out of eight playoffs games this season. In the first round against Minnesota, Morant averaged 21.5 points, 10.5 assists, and 8.7 rebounds per game. In the second round against the Warriors, Morant averaged 40.5 points, 9.0 assists, and 8.5 rebounds per game. We like Morant at +500 odds to pull off a triple-double in Game 3.
